At the beginning of the year, we set out beyond the borders of Berlin to inspire beer lovers across Germany, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Change and true German brewing craftsmanship have shaped us into who we are today: a brewery with the courage to reinvent itself time and again, celebrating openness and diversity.
Always evolving. But true to our roots.
2020
Let’s think big. Kesselhaus big. The start of construction at our brewery in Wedding: 1,600 square meters and 12-meter-high ceilings helped us meet the demands of our growing production.
This is where we could finally welcome even more of you with open arms!
2015
A milestone for our flavor: Brewmaster Erik Mell has joined our Vagabund family, bringing not only technical expertise but something even more important: creativity and passion.
And we’ve all warmly embraced Erik in our hearts.
2013
Two years later, we opened our taproom and were celebrated not only by RateBeer Best but—much more importantly—by all of you!
Without you, all of this would have remained just a dream.
2011
It’s 2011 and three guys start a band. Then they brew a beer. And it’s damn delicious. The rest is history.
